Wonderful painting collaboration with the Woods family! ‘Brushstrokes of Belonging’ began as a brainstorm of family memories, special things, hobbies, people, places and times. Then a fun family creative session @thebasegreenham adding collage, painting and drawing using all the inspiration collected. Finally a few hours from me adding in lots of little illustrations, details and making the composition work. What a lovely family memory celebrating memories and family. It looks wonderful in their home on a dark grey wall-it just makes those colours zing. I hope you will enjoy remembering and seeing new things in the painting everyday.
